Requirement: A publication to create a community among employees across four continents as part of a group-wide restructure.
Approach: Workshops and management interviews in the US, UK, Kenya, and India to understand employees’ perspectives helped us find ways to bridge cultural differences and define the purpose of a new internal channel. Benchmarking against international best practice, we conceived and launched Confluence.
Solution: A business-focused, quarterly, internal magazine that speaks to a diverse group of employees. Confluence was awarded an IABC Gold Quill and has twice been named best in-house publication across the Tata Group.
