Requirement: The UK India Business Council is an important player in the UK Government’s goal to promote bilateral trade. A new mandate for the organisation meant its communications strategy needed to be updated.
Approach: We conducted a series of workshops and interviews in the UK and India. Participants included a cross section of stakeholders from government, member organisations, customers, strategic partners and staff. These gave us the insights to propose a fresh approach to suit the needs of a rapidly growing and increasingly complex organisation.
Solution: We delivered a comprehensive review and recommendations. The roadmap has been adopted and its principal tenets are evident in the UKIBC’s current bolder positioning.
